Scott Gainey President After a 3 year career playing minor pro hockey, Scott began his coaching career as a member of the NHL's Florida Panthers power skating staff which worked with minor league players in the Panthers organization.  He is currently the Owner / Junior A Head Coach of the Northern Conn. Wings Hockey Club and the Head Coach of the Conard High School varsity hockey team.  Scott is also the President of the Connecticut Lazers AAA Youth Hockey Organization.

Jake DeGennaro Vice President Jake joined the Northern Conn. Wings coaching staff in the fall of 2004 as the Vice President / Assistant Coach and is currently the Vice President of the Connecticut Lazers AAA Youth Hockey Organization.  He is also an assistant with Coach Gainey's staff at Conard High School.  As a player, Jake was a member of the Eastern Junior Hockey League Champion New England Junior Coyotes.  Jake also holds a Masters Degree in Education from Quinnipiac University.

Devin Rask General Manager Originally from Saskatchewan, Devin joins Connecticut Lazers as the General Manager and Director of Player Development after an outstanding playing career where he earned 2nd Team All-American honors at Providence College.  He continued his professional playing career with the Trenton Titans of the ECHL before moving on to Hannover of the German Professional League.  Before coming to the Lazers program full-time, Devin spent a year as assistant coach at Wesleyan University.  In addition, Devin is also a partner with the Northern Conn. Wings Hockey Club out of Simsbury, Connecticut.
